Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled IT Support Executive to maintain and support our IT infrastructure, ensuring seamless operations across hardware, and network systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT support, troubleshooting, and system administration.


Key Responsibilities:


1. Technical Support & Troubleshooting

  • Provide on-site and remote IT support for employees.
  • Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Set up and configure computers, printers, and other peripherals.
  • Handle system upgrades, patches, and backups to maintain performance.

2. Network & System Administration

  • Monitor and maintain LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, and VPN connectivity.
  • Configure and troubleshoot routers, switches, and firewalls.
  • Ensure cybersecurity measures are in place to protect data and systems.
  • Manage server administration (Windows/Linux) and cloud services.

3. IT Asset Management

  • Maintain inventory records of IT assets, including computers, software licenses, and accessories.
  • Coordinate IT purchases and liaise with vendors for support and warranty claims.

4. User Training & Documentation

  • Train employees on IT best practices, software usage, and security policies.
  • Document troubleshooting procedures and maintain knowledge base articles.



5. Other Responsibilities

  • Assist in new system deployments and IT projects.
  • Conduct preventive maintenance on IT infrastructure.
  • Support audio/video conferencing setups for meetings and events.


Qualifications & Skills:


  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 0 – 3 years in IT support, system administration, or network engineering.
  • Technical Skills:
  • Strong knowledge of Windows, macOS, and Linux systems.
  • Experience with Active Directory, Office 365, and cloud services.
  • Proficiency in networking, cybersecurity, and hardware troubleshooting.
  • Familiarity with helpdesk ticketing systems.
  • Soft Skills:
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks.


Preferred Certifications (Optional):

  • CompTIA A+ / Network+
  • Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator / MCSA
  • CCNA (Cisco Certified Network Associate)
  • ITIL Foundation (IT Service Management)
